Sunday Feb 18th, 2024.

The book, The Untethered Soul, has sold over 3 million copies.  Focused on walking you through your relationship between your thoughts and emotions, and the way they influence your feelings and lived experience.  We will discuss Chapter 1…pages 7-13, titled “the voice inside your head”.

Don’t worry if you have not read the book, or the chapter, we will read a few excerpts, and facilitate a group discussion about the important messages of the chapter, and how they may apply to us in everyday life.

Then we will have a potluck meal about noon.  Feel free to bring a food item to share.  This will be a family friendly activity.  Please invite anyone you think may enjoy it.

Park on the lower south side of the Cinemark theater.  Watch for the THRIVE signs.  The Reserve is right inside the door of that lower mall entrance.
